Common questions

Where is my processed file?

After a tool finishes, open Library. Results appear there so you can play, rename, share, or save to Photos.

A tool won't open my video

Confirm the file is a supported video from Photos or Files. Very large or uncommon codecs may take longer or fail — try another export setting or a shorter clip. Tools run on device, so free storage space also matters.

Extract Audio formats

You can export as M4A, WAV, AIFF, or CAF. If a format fails, try M4A first — it's widely compatible.

Photos or Files permission

SaveZy asks for access when you import or save media. You can change permissions anytime in iPhone Settings → SaveZy. Without access, you may not be able to pick videos or save results to Photos.

Restore purchases

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If issues persist, email TQTechOfficial@gmail.com with your Apple ID receipt.

Cancel subscription

iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SaveZy → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
