Terms of Service
By downloading or using SaveZy ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
SaveZy provides on-device tools for transforming media on your iPhone, including Extract Audio, Resize Video, Aspect Ratio, and a Library to play, rename, share, and organize results. The app is intended for personal use with content you have the right to process.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Some features may require an in-app purchase or auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
Pricing shown in the App Store is authoritative. We may change offerings or free feature limits with reasonable notice through App Store or in-app updates.
3. Apple Media Services Terms
In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use SaveZy only with media you own or are authorized to process. Do not use the app to infringe copyrights, violate others' privacy, or process illegal content. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the app. We may suspend access for violations where applicable.
5. Media & output disclaimer
Processed outputs depend on your source media and export settings. Always preview results before sharing or publishing. SaveZy does not guarantee a specific quality outcome for every file, device, or codec combination.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, and design are owned by TQ Tech. You retain rights to the media you import and the results you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to process and distribute that content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of media or failed exports — back up important files.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
